One manufacturing method of the fermented soybean paste powder of function includes: to manufacture bean powder to a step of liquid, by the hay bacillus stress inoculation for giving 1~5%; A step of the culture strain using a spray-drying installation is cultivated 12-24 hours and collected at 35~40 degrees Celsius; One step of the production powder of fermented soybean paste; Manufacture levulan fermented soybean paste powder by 5~70% a ratio flour mixed with adulterants fermented soya beans, salted or other wise fermentation liquid and levulan fermentation liquid or 0.1~20% ratio, and a step of spray drying flour mixed with adulterants fermented soya beans, salted or other wise fermentation liquid and levulan or levulan oligosaccharide powder. Levulan fermentation liquid is levulan fermentation liquid itself or levulan oligosaccharide fermentation liquid to be manufactured by process, acid and concentrate and filter after thermal process. Levan powder is that the levan powder of macromolecular form or levulan oligosaccharide powder are manufactured by process, concentrates and filters after acid and thermal process.
