An emergency communication system for a fire protection of a nuclear power plant is provided to perform a wireless communication in a nuclear power plant by connecting a remote walkie-talkie which is in a fire region inside a concrete building into a cable. An emergency communication system for a fire protection of a nuclear power plant includes an external walkie-talkie(230), a wireless base station(220), and a communication facility inside a power plant. The communication facility of the power plant includes a remote walkie-talkie(130) and a circuit allotter(120). The remote walkie-talkie is installed in a fire region. The circuit allotter is connected to a communication wire(140) through the remote walkie-talkie and a concrete shielding wall. An output power of the remote walkie-talkie is under 10mW. The communication wire is a fire-resistant wire. A fire protection coating is formed in an outer part of the communication wire, and protects the communication wire from the fire.
