A composition comprising the extracting liquor of mixed flower plants is provided to improve skin wrinkles and prevent skin aging through antioxidative effect, and minimize the skin irritation through anti-inflammatory effect. The cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging comprises the extracting liquor of mixed flower plants consisting of camellia flower, Lonicerae Flos, Pyrus ussuriensis, Sophora Japonica L., white lotus, Carthami Flos and Prunus mume, which is prepared by extracting the mixed flower plants with the extraction solvent selected from the group consisting of water, anhydrous or hydrous lower alcohol of 1-4 carbon numbers, acetone, ethylacetate, butylacetate and 1,3- butylene glycol.
