A mold for vehicle bumper and a bumper manufactured by the same are provided to the thickness of a rib similar to the thickness of the bumper since the eject block forming the rib moves relative to the side core. A mold for vehicle bumper comprises a bottom core(10) forming a bumper, a side core(60) which is arranged in the side of the bottom core and moved relative to the bottom core after the molding of the bumper, an eject block which is arranged in the side core, forms a rib(200) of the bumper and is moved into the side core according to the relative movement of the side core, a guide block which is positioned on the inner side of the side core, and a supporting mechanism(80) arranged between the guide block and the eject block.
