An on-line apparatus for measuring internal impedance of storage battery comprises a current operation module (10) for measuring on-line the internal impedance of the storage battery, a voltage measurement module (20), an analog to digital conversion module (30), a signal generation module (40), a CPU module (50), an input/output module (60) and a power supply module (70). The current operation module (10) for measuring on-line the internal impedance of the storage battery and the voltage measurement module (20) are connected in parallel at anode and cathode ends (11,12) of the measured storage battery, and the current operation module (10) for measuring on-line the internal impedance of the storage battery is composed of an auxiliary power supply, a current sensing amplifier and a load circuit discharging with pulse direct current which are connected in series. The output signals of the current operation module (10) for measuring on-line the internal impedance of the storage battery and the voltage measurement module (20) are inputted to the CPU module (50) via A/D conversion, and the CPU module (50) computes the internal impedance of the measured storage battery according to the ohm's law.
