A technique for generating uretero-vesical anastomosis with the antireflux protection in grafting the donor's kidney provides for the separation of the fundus of bladder, the cut of the bladder, the generation of the uretero-vesical anastomosis, the muscular suturing, the application of the extra ligatires between the wall of the bladder and the adventitia of the ureter. In the posterior sector of the anastomosis, two extra ligatures were applied between the muscular layer of the bladder, the edge of the anastomosis and the part of the ureter, 7-9 mm above the angle of anastomosis. Upon fastening the ligatures, the valve of the ureter of the donor's kidney is provided.
