A method for prevention of development of crdiovascular complications at the chronic kidney diseases is carried out, performing the biochemical study of blood and urine. At that, except the conventional clinical-and-laboratory indexes, the level of glomerular filtration rate (GFR), the control indexes of the functional state of vessel endothelia, are determined and assessed in the blood and urine. The conventional drugs are prescribed in a therapeutically effective and safe amount during 2 weeks. The activities of untripsin proteinase (UTP) and calpains are determined as the control indexes, which characterize the development of structural abnormalities of kidney vessel endothelium (vasoconstriction, atherosclerosis). If in comparison with the initial values of UTP activity grows in the blood serum and does not change in urine, it testifies to development of vasoconstriction and the drugs from the group of ACE inhibitor with lipophilic properties are prescribed. If the calpain activity grows in the blood serum and goes down in urine, it testifies to the formation of initial phase of atherosclerotic affect of kidney vessel endothelium and additionally to base therapy the hypolipidemic agents (statines) are prescribed at a dose, adjusted on the UTP level.
