A canal tunnel for winter navigation in Arctic that is placed on sea bed is built from water surface by means of lowering elements of construction to sea bottom, at that canal tunnel is built of ice from water surface of sea, lower section of tunnel is filled with concentrated salt solution that is obtained by freezing sea water on surface of ice from water surface of sea, and the upper part of the tunnel is filled with compressed air.
