Method for diagnostics of level of distortion of functional condition of kidney parenchyma in patients suffering on urolithiasis includes determination of activity of channel lisosome ferment. One determines level of activity of general N-acetyl--D-glucoseamidase in urine from kidney vessel or urine duct that is obtained at surgical procedure on kidney obstruction and at its increase with excess of control values 1.3-2.0 times one diagnoses first or initial level of distortion of functional state of kidney parenchyma, at increase 2.1-3.0 times second or moderate, and at increase 3.1 and more times one diagnoses third or acute level of distortion of functional state of kidney parenchyma.
