A method for prognostication of repeatedly recurrent form of atrial fibrillation in patients with a coronary heart disease in combination with a hypertensive disease, complicated with a cardiac insufficiency, consists in the performing of clinico-instrumental examination of patients with the use of the 24-hour monitoring of electrocardiogram, M- and D-mode echocardiography and determinations of endothelial function of forearm vessels. Farther a incremental regression analysis is carried out, and a mathematical model of logistic regression is made.
