These include: (a) X-ray source; (b) an optical X-ray module consisting of an energy dispersing X-ray concentrator and a diaphragm system; (c) an image representation device; and (d) a measurement device for determining radiation dose. The program includes: (a) take out the X-ray concentrator from the beam track, use it for image representation, and input it into the X-ray beam track of the X-ray source for radiation therapy; (b) the X-ray concentrator is designed according to the reflection of Bragg on the glass. HOPG and an unresponsive PandaUse nearly single energy X-ray beam for tumor; (c) use photoelectric activated contrast medium in tissue or in tissue; and (d) determine radiation dose / dose increase value through X-ray fluorescence measurement
