The lamp has an electric arc tube filled with selenium and mercury selenide, where total atomic mole of the selenium and the mercury selenide is equal to a number of moles of mercury. A xenon gas containing metal Halide is completely replaced and substituted by an amount of 50 percentages of a number of moles of the selenium and the mercury selenide.
