The application of the proposed technology is based on the ozone transmission to the liquid waste in combination to the flocculating action of a least quantity of iron sulfate. Embodiment: waste detoxification and simultaneous reduction of polluting charges being of the range of 95%. In the acidic environment and in the presence of organic substrate and small quantity of iron sulfate, ozone is broken down as follows: O3 + H2O + FE2+ O2+ FE3+ + OH- + OH The hydroxyl radicals are particularly drastic and affect randomly and in a rapid manner the organic solutions by creating organic radicals reacting with the produced oxygen for the degradation of the organic material. The oxidized liquids and waste are subjected to ozonization and organic treatment up to complete cleaning thereof in order to be used for irrigation purposes. The chemical mud pumped out from the oxidation cisterns along with the organic mud derived from aerobic and anaerobic treatments are composted with olive tree leaves, olive stones and other agricultural waste on a drying bed for the production of top-quality soil improvers.
