The present invention relates to a boron-free organometallic composition comprising an extensively fluorinated organic, air stable compound, whose part is di-unsaturated cycle having 5 or 6 carbon atoms and an alkyl derivative of magnesium or preferably of aluminium. This composition can be used as activator for metallocene complex of 4th group of periodic table of elements and so to gain the catalyst for {alpha}-olefin polymerization with high activity and low metal content.
