The method involves internally and/or externally measuring a body parameter (1) of a patient. A recorded data e.g. blood pressure, is forwarded to an intelligent unit (3) for performing an analysis with different values. The data is transmitted to a module (4) with a communication device (4a), a position detecting unit (4b) and an identifier (4c) of the patient. The data is sent to a CPU (7) with a decision criterion based on the detecting unit, where the decision criterion is automatically achieved.
