A component of anti pertussis Vaccine obtaining Antigen Pertactin (PRN) from Bordetella pertussis. A simplified process for Extraction and purification of Pertactin (PRN). Pertactin obtained by this procedure has a higher level of Purity Of 90% and the procedure used in this prevents loss of PRN to avoid Complex Processing steps.The Outer Membrane Protein (OMP) Purified by this procedure uses a simplified process and is useful in the preparation of anti pertussis acellular Vaccines, both alone and in combinations of Vaccines.Claim 1: a procedure to use the component of vaccine according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises administering to a subject in need thereof a quantity of the component of the vaccine.
