PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent backward and sideways leakage of fluid at the time of sleeping when an absorbent pad of sanitary briefs, etc. is worn. PSOLUTION: The clothes comprises a body 1 with front body part 2, a rear body part 3 and the crotch part 4, and a band-shaped tape on the outer surface of the body 1 for lifting the crotch part upward toward the rear body part 3 as pressing the crotch part in the state separated from the body 1. Both front and rear sides of the tape are divided into left and right sections in the V-shape; the front ends of the pair of divided tapes as a front V-shaped part 11 are sewn to the body at positions on both left and right sides of the front end of the crotch near a pubis, and the rear ends of the pair of divided tapes as a rear V-shaped part 12 are sewn to the left and right sides of the waist part on the rear body side. An integrated part 13 between the front/rear divided parts is located along the crack between buttocks from a position in the rear of a crotch point at the lowest end of the crotch part.
