PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice washing operation finishing method where, in the production of wash-free rice, at the time of the finishing of rice washing operation, a rice washing device is heated to dry bran components or the like remaining in the rice washing device under the heating, so that the decay of the bran components or the like is prevented, and washing operation at the inside of the machine is made needless, and to provide the rice washing device.;SOLUTION: The rise washing device consists of a rice washer 1 and a dehydrator 20. The rice washer 1 performs rice washing so as to rotate a rice washing roll 3 in a rice washing cylinder 2 having an almost circular cross section and to stir polished rice and water. The rise washer 1 is fitted with a hot-air supply pipe 13 and a heater 14, and the rise washer 1 can be heated at the time of the finishing of the rise washing operation. The polished rice and water subjected to the rise washing operation are fed to the dehydrator 20, and is dehydrated in a centrifuging system. The dehydrator 20 is fitted with a hot air supply pipe 27, and is heated at finish of the operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
