PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the physical property calculation method of a controlled object model which can easily identify the physical property of the controlled object model at regular design site in a short time.;SOLUTION: The physical property calculation method of the controlled object model comprises a physical property formula storing process ST 21, a frequency characteristic surveying process ST 22, and a physical property calculating process ST 23. In the physical characteristic formula storing process ST 21, the physical characteristic formula is stored in a memory. In the frequency characteristic surveying process ST 22, the frequency characteristic of a first inertia is surveyed. In the physical characteristic calculating process ST 23, the inputted frequency characteristic of the first inertia and the value of an inertia Ix are assigned to the physical property formula.
