PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain from an external apparatus or continuously take over and adopt a security policy for each user for continuous packet filtering in matching with network connection for carrying out a communication session of a mobile user terminal.;SOLUTION: A firewall apparatus obtains a virtual firewall identifier, a common filtering table identifier, and an individual filtering table identifier of a mobile user and written in a share management table from a security policy management server, obtains an individual filtering policy of the mobile user written in the individual filtering table and a common filtering policy written in a common filtering table from the security policy management server, transfers filtering state information in a filtering state table to the security policy management server and obtain the filtering state information written in the filtering state table from the security policy management server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
