PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change question contents for each cooperator or research execution company and control the flow of questions, by one kind of an application.;SOLUTION: In a preparation step (S100), a processing part 21 of a research cooperator terminal 2 downloads the application from a server 1 (S12). In an authentication step (S200), the research cooperator terminal 2 receives an ID, a research request period, and definition information from the server 1 (S23). In a response step (S300), the research cooperator terminal 2 executes questionnaire generation/display processing on the basis of definition information (S301) and transmits response data to the server (S31).
