PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic approval-sought matter flow route management device, method and program that can simultaneously search for order relations between the location of a matter and approvers and can resend an electronic approval-sought matter to an origin from not only an approver set on an electronic approval route but also a separate destination on the flow route.;SOLUTION: Coordinate data indicating the locations of a proposer and approvers along an approval route for a matter are allocated first. A matter flow route record 30 consisting of an ID field 28, a destination field 29, an origin field 31, a handler field 32, a handling field 33 and an allonge field 34 is created in dependence on the flow of the matter from the proposer A to the final approver H, and stored in a flow route table 27 that is saved in a storage device. For a resubmission of the matter rejected from H to A, a search is made for the flow route record 30 that has data corresponding to the proposer A on the destination field 29, and after the destination and the origin are interchanged, the resubmitted matter is sent direct to the final approver H.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
