PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing high-quality aggregate high in crystallinity, facilitating base adjustment of incinerated ash for manufacturing aggregate by incinerating waste and fusing incinerated ash and enabling stable operation of an ash fusing furnace and low in consumption of assistant fuel.;SOLUTION: In a system for fusing incinerated ash having a crystallizing conveyor 25 which crystallizes aggregate while cooling after fusing the incinerated ash of waste incinerated in a circulating flow furnace 6 in an ash fusing furnace 22, the circulating flow furnace 6 is supplied with lime stone together with waste so that the lime stone is excessive in desulfurization and desalt in the furnace. The system for fusing the incinerated ash comprises a step for generating thermal decomposition reaction which makes the lime stone to be CaO in high temperature, a step for injecting the incinerated ash evenly mixed with surplus lime content into the ash fusing furnace 22, and a step for manufacturing high-quality aggregate by cooling a fused slug with the crystallizing conveyor 25 without re-heating, and the supply volume of the lime stone is set so that the basicity (CaO/SiO2 ratio) of the incinerated ash to be injected into the ash fusing furnace 22 may be in the range of 0.15-2.5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
