PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain correspondence between QoS policy information and session control information of a SIP session at a moving destination, and to allow transfer of signaling to a terminal without passing through a redundant path even when moving beyond the subnet of an acquired address when the terminal dynamically obtains the address.;SOLUTION: A P-CSCF5-n which houses an ER3-n acquires session control information of a terminal 1 and sets it to the ER3-n if a message that establishes a session S1 between the terminal 1 and a terminal 2 is relayed and transferred through P-CSCF5-1 and S-CSCF6 that house an ER3-1 which is accessed by the terminal 1, and P-CSCF7 that houses ER4 which is accessed by the terminal 2, and then the terminal 1 moves into the coverage of the ER3-n after establishment. So, the signalling addressed to the terminal 1 after movement is transmitted from the P-CSCF5-n that houses the ER3-n of a moving destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
