PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user's bodily feeling quality monitoring method and a user's bodily feeling quality monitoring apparatus capable of estimating subjective quality of an application by a user by taking into account a mount characteristic of an application apparatus and to provide a generating method of an estimate model and a generating apparatus of the estimate model.;SOLUTION: An evaluation value/delay reception section 31 receives listening quality and a mouth-to-ear delay from a media quality measurement section 10. A network/terminal quality information reception section 32 receives quality information of a network and an application terminal from a network/terminal quality information acquisition section 20. A parameter calculation section 33 converts the quality information of the network and the application terminal into information required for estimating the listening quality and the mouth-to-ear delay.
