PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a company for personnel interested in or concerned about any particular challenge or problem, without requiring employees to register their personnel value information.;SOLUTION: Contact information, including document IDs, the employee IDs of contact information registrants, and messages to document referrers who referred to the documents with the document IDs, is registered in a contact information storage part 41. When a search command is inputted from a document referrer's terminal 2, a document reference means 32 searches a document information storage part 43 for a corresponding document; if the contact information for the document searched for by the document reference means 32 is registered, a contact information display means 33 displays on the document referrer's terminal 2 a contact screen including the messages in the contact information and addresses to be given to the contact information registrants. That is, a personnel search is conducted using the characteristic of people interested in the same document such that they are very likely to be aware of similar problems or challenges.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
