PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract information desired by a user from portable terminal equipment, and to safely receive the information even by unspecified number of terminal equipment. PSOLUTION: An information provision server device includes: an authentication information input screen transmission means for transmitting a Web page for inputting authentication information to terminal equipment; an authentication means for authenticating a user by receiving the input authentication information from the terminal equipment; a retrieval condition input screen transmission means for transmitting a Web page for inputting retrieval conditions for extracting information stored by the portable terminal equipment to the terminal equipment based on the result of authentication by the authentication means; a retrieval condition reception means for receiving the input retrieval conditions from the terminal equipment; and a requesting means for transmitting a request for information extraction to the portable terminal equipment including the received retrieval conditions. The portable terminal equipment includes: an information extraction means for receiving the request, and for extracting information matched with retrieval conditions included in the received request; and an information transmission means for transmitting the extracted information to the terminal equipment by electronic mail.
