PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow valve inserting method that can rapidly perform valve inserting construction and minimizes a sealed case.;SOLUTION: The constant flow valve inserting method comprises an assembling process, a cutting process, and a tool extracting process. In the assembling process, a valve element to be inserted into a duct, and a cutting tool 230 are stored in the sealed case 2. In the cutting process, an existing pipe 1 is cut by feeding the sealed case 2 in the radial direction of the existing pipe 1 while making the cutting tool 230 perform a cutting movement for cutting the existing pipe 1. In the tool extracting process, after the cutting, the cutting tool 230 is extracted from the sealed case 2 and a valve 277 for operation is closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
