PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese noodle group containing soybeans, having a new composition, capable of improving appetite by keeping the nearly original appearance as original Chinese noodle group even containing a proper amount of the soybeans added thereto to enhance various kinds of nutritive values, and having sufficiently replenished and enhanced nutritive valance; and to provide a new method for producing the Chinese noodle group containing the soybeans.;SOLUTION: The Chinese noodle group is obtained by (a) mixing a soybean powder in an adequate amount with flour, (d) adding a green coloring matter component and salt water to the mixed product, and kneading the resultant product, and (g) properly making the noodle group in production steps almost unchanged from conventional steps such as pressurizing and extension steps while keeping the appearance of the original Chinese noodle group. The Chinese noodle group containing the soybeans and formed into noodle strips, a pastry for Jiaozi or a pastry for Wonton (a dish of soup featuring dumplings of minced pork and spices wrapped in a thin pastry) has replenished and enhanced nutritive values derived from the soybeans.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
