PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof joint structure inexpensively constructible in a limited space, and capable of increasing a displacement absorbing quantity; and a construction method of this earthquake-proof joint structure.;SOLUTION: This earthquake-proof joint 10 uses a high density polyethylene pipe as a flexible resin material. A ground side straight pipe part 11 and a building side straight pipe part 12 are substantially horizontally extended, and are separately placed by arranging a predetermined dimension H in the vertical direction. A central straight pipe part 15 is positioned in parallel to the ground side straight pipe part 11 and the building side straight pipe part 12, and is arranged to be respectively connected via bent pipe parts 13 and 14 to the respective ground side straight pipe part 11 and building side straight pipe part 12, and is connected so as to become a substantially S shape in a side view.
