PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip stopper member of a pick for a string musical instrument, and the pick for a string musical instrument including the slip stopper member, capable of remarkably improving performance of a player, by which the pick and a finger are unitedly and substantively connected, as the pick is fixed to the finger without slipping, although it is a very simple configuration. PSOLUTION: The slip stopper member 8 of the pick for a string musical instrument includes a first cylindrical section 3 for covering a holding section 6 except the vicinity 5 of a string contacting section of the pick 1 for string musical instrument, and a second cylindrical section 4 for threading a thumb 7, and the first cylindrical section 3 and the second cylindrical section 4 are placed approximately in crossing form.
