PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and structure for restricting the disclosure of information on a web without requiring the construction of a certification server and a registered user's data base, and thereby without increasing a management application cost. SOLUTION: The information disclosure restriction system is constituted on a network by using an information disclosure restriction server device provided with a URL generation means for generating a character string of fixed length from an applied input value, a URL changing means for changing the URL of information to be disclosed at each fixed time and a web server means and capable of always changing the URL of disclosure restricted information distributed from the server device itself and an exclusive client device provided with a URL generation/change means for simulating the URL changing processing of the server device and a web browser means so that only a user having the exclusive generation/change means can suitably and stably access the disclosure restricted information stored in the information disclosure restriction server device and changed at its URL by the action of the URL generation/ change means.
