PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a pre-paid recycling fee of a household electrical appliance and a notice of inspection period are managed by different databases, burdens on management of the databases become excessive.;SOLUTION: Management of the pre-paid recycling fee of the household electrical appliance and management of an inspection period are performed by using a recycling fee database 11 to be a common database and the inspection period is not notified with respect to a household electrical appliance 12 refund of whose recycling fee is completed.
