PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is desired to maintain an advantage of forming an internal/external backing member also serving as a concrete form heat insulating material on a concrete skeleton when placing concrete, though there are many problems caused by a work process such as a cost increase or labor cost and transport cost by heavy weight by incorporating an internal/external backing member in a manufacturing stage, in the concrete form heat insulating material panel of a sheathing in form work in a conventional construction method.;SOLUTION: The internal-external backing and serving as the concrete form heat insulating material panel can be formed integrally to a concrete heat insulating material panel used for placing and forming the concrete by separating the internal-external backing member at a job site. The heat insulating material panel has the sheathing in a state of fixing the backing member to a slitted vertical groove of the heat insulating material panel. A V-shaped groove for preventing separation from a concrete surface is also formed on the concrete placing surface side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
