PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of controlling positioning of a magnetic head in a magnetic disk drive capable of effectively reducing the influence of disk fluttering.;SOLUTION: The vibration of the magnetic disk is measured in the rotated state of the magnetic disk. From the spectrum of the measured vibration, a flutter frequency that is the frequency of a vibration caused by magnetic disk fluttering is obtained. A filter is designed for each flutter frequency having a peak of a gain for each of flutter frequencies.
