PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply stably and surely fire extinguishing water to an undamaged high earthquake resistant class part in a large scale earthquake in which a low earthquake resistant part is damaged, with a simple configuration of the fire extinguish system without making the entire fire extinguishing system a high earthquake resistant class. PSOLUTION: The earthquake resistant fire extinguishing system for an atomic power plant includes a high earthquake resistant class building 11 and a low earthquake resistant class building 12. This atomic power related plant 10 includes a water tank 14 disposed in the high earthquake resistant class building 11, a high earthquake resistant fire extinguishing facility 17 connected to the water tank 14 via a high earthquake resistant piping 15, a high earthquake resistant separation valve 20 connected to the downstream side of the high earthquake resistant piping 15 and a low earthquake resistant fire extinguishing facility 23 connected to this high earthquake resistant separation valve 20 via a low earthquake resistant piping 21, wherein fire extinguishing water can be supplied to the high earthquake resistant class part even when the low earthquake resistant class part is damaged.
