PSOLUTION: The highly efficient heat dissipation coil 100 includes a coil 10 made of metal materials with high heat conductivity and a heat conductive/dissipating coating film 20 applied on the surface of the coil 10 and having a nature incorporating high heat conductivity, high heat dissipation, and high insulation, and dissipates heat generated intensively in the coil 10 directly to the outside from the surface of the coil 10. Paint for the heat conductive/dissipating coating film 20 contains a binder consisting of an alkoxide compound, a pigment of far infra-red radioactive material, and a solvent, and with this paint, a quantity of an Si-OH group to be remained is controlled while controlling progress of formation of an Si-O network generated by dehydration condensation of the alkoxide compound, and thereby high heat conductivity, high heat dissipation, and high insulation are achieved.
