PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning guidance support device, a learning guidance support system and a learning guidance support program, for improving learning effect of a learner by objectively acquiring a guidance state of an instructor.;SOLUTION: Guide information and learner information in the same guidance period are acquired by referring to a storage device in which the instructor information including at least one of bioinformation of the instructor in the guidance period wherein the instructor guides learning of the learner and information showing a psychological state of the instructor estimated based on the bioinformation, and the learner information including at least one of bioinformation of the learner in the guidance period and information showing a psychological state of the learner estimated based on the bioinformation (S717).
