PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an answer to be contributed in a search site of a question/answer format.;SOLUTION: When a user wants the contribution of an answer, a display control part 11c makes user terminals 30-1 to 30-N display a charging confirmation screen showing a charging sum to be imposed on the contribution of an answer, and makes the user terminals 30-1 to 30-N display an answer contribution screen after the user agrees on charging. When the request of the user is a request for answer contribution, a request decision part 11d notifies a charging sum determination part 11f that a request for the answer contribution has been received in order to determine a charging sum to the contribution of the answer. When the user wants the contribution of an answer to the question, a charging sum determination part 11f determines the charging sum to be imposed on the user, and notifies the display control part 11c of the charging sum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
