PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To orient highly accurately a position and an attitude angle based on observation information of a carrier wave with no influence by a multipath.;SOLUTION: A phase difference calculation part 130 calculates a single difference or a double difference of a carrier wave phase between each GPS antenna 951 relative to each carrier wave from each GPS satellite, based on each carrier wave phase showing a distance between each GPS satellite and each GPS antenna 951 by the number of carrier waves. A LOS vector calculation part 140 calculates a LOS vector to each GPS satellite based on a navigation message and a single positioning result. A baseline length calculation part 150 calculates the baseline length between each GPS antenna 951 based on the single difference or the double difference of the carrier wave phase and the LOS vector. A multipath determination part 160 determines whether or not a multipath wave is included in each carrier wave used for calculating an observation baseline length by comparing the calculated observation baseline length with a known baseline length.
