PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary risk factor analysis device by a sequence tree for clarifying relationships between main control systems.;SOLUTION: A predetermined safety-related digital control system includes a safety analysis report module for measuring an impact that a software failure has on each virtual event with a predetermined analysis unit, and a sequence tree module for controlling operation, shut-down and cooling of a nuclear reactor by each of the hierarchical in-depth defense processing. Thereby, it has been made possible to identify main risk factors in systematizing, and ascertain a weak point in the design of a safety control system in a nuclear power plant, so that measures have been strengthened for shortages of hardware connection line manual drive of an analog alternate system, and analysis of diversity and in-depth defense has been achieved. Furthermore, when an event related to a failure of a form common to the software occurs, workload and responsibility of a worker are divided appropriately, and changes in parameters in other power plants are not overlooked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
