PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that almost waste plastic is disposed or consumed as fuel without being reused, since in plastic materials recovered from various used household electric appliances, various kinds of the materials exist, and even if they are classified in each material, the removal of impurities sticking to the waste material causes a cost increase in material, and the controll of a color becomes difficult. PSOLUTION: Processes for recycling are performed while suppressing an increase in the cost of recycled plastic, and the recycled material is used in an outer design part where much plastic is used, to raise a usage factor of the recycled plastic. Further, only fans are separately collected to produce recycled plastic which are used for fans again. With an intention to raise the usage factor, the amount of the use and usage factor of the recycled plastic used for an entire product are indicated on a body and a catalog.
