PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composed of glass shrimps and kelp as the material, free from losing flavor of a pressing kelp for a long period, and enabling perception of new palate feeling.;SOLUTION: Glass shrimps pressed with dried kelp are produced by spreading shelled glass shrimps 1 which are blanched and soaked in cold water all over kelp 2 washed in vinegar so as to line up in one layer, further spreading the kelp washed in vinegar over the product to make a single-layer or multilayer structure (putting white shrimp between tangle), binding the product through pressing by prescribed force from an invagination direction, and drying the product in the same furnace. Furthermore, a seasoning such as a powder or tastily seasoned dried food for sprinkling over rice is obtained by crushing the product and dried glass shrimps and dried kelp composing the product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
