PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid phase diffusion-joined steel component which has high reliability, is further inexpensive, and is free from material deterioration in the joined faces, and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The steel component in which steel members are subjected to liquid phase diffusion joining is obtained by subjecting the face to be joined in either steel member or the faces to be joined in both the steel members to carburizing treatment, and thereafter directly joining the faces to be joined in both the steel members by liquid phase diffusion joining. The face(s) of the steel member(s) to be joined is subjected to carburizing treatment, thereafter, heating temperature is controlled to the solidus temperature of the face(s) to be joined after the carburizing + 10°C to the solidus temperature + 80°C, heating is performed to the above temperature range at a temperature rising rate of 25 to 1,000°C/sec, and they are directly joined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
