PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information required for decision on necessity of interference from a terminal device to be quarantined.;SOLUTION: A quarantine control device 2 performs interference for communication of a terminal device 3 connected to a network. The quarantine control device 2 comprises an inspection result transmission request portion 211 for requesting transmission of an inspection result to the terminal device 3, which inspects its internal state according to a predetermined inspection policy, an inspection result receiving portion 213 for receiving the inspection result from the terminal device 3 through the network, a decision portion 220 for determining necessity of interference processing of communication of the terminal device 3 based on the inspection result received from the terminal device 3, and a communication interfering portion 260 for performing interference processing for communication of the terminal device 3, if it is determined by the decision unit 220 that interference processing is required.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
