PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for supplying an education process using the Internet and multimedia to allow students to effectively learn the language education for listening, speaking, reading and writing according to a studying ability of them. PSOLUTION: The system includes an information provider apparatus and a subscriber apparatus. The information provider apparatus stores sentences in thinking units, stores relational questions in a form of text data corresponding to the thinking units, and transmits the stored meaning unit text data and the stored relational question text data in learning order. The subscriber apparatus receives and outputs the thinking unit text data and the relational question text data outputted from the information provider apparatus, and transmits the input text data to the information provider apparatus. The method includes steps of: storing sentences divided into thinking units and relational questions corresponding to the thinking units; inputting the learning stage information of a subscriber and a learning program progress method; extracting learning data; and controlling the extracted learning data to be outputted to a terminal of the subscriber.
