PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel assignment system for planning the optimal number of members without too much or too less in every date-categorized time period in the distribution base point of a package.;SOLUTION: This personnel assignment system includes: an input means for inputting the number of division by discriminating packages for every delivery destination; a first calculation means for calculating the number of packages for every delivery destination from the number of divisions input from the input means; a distribution means for sending the number of packages calculated by the first calculation means for every delivery designation to the delivery base point of the packages by online; a tabulating means for receiving the number of packages distributed from the distribution means for every delivery destination by online; a second calculation means for calculating the number of staff disposition based on the number of packages for every delivery destination received by the tabulation means; and a display means for displaying the optimal plan for arrangement of members in every date-categorized time period based on the number of arranged members calculated by the second calculation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
