PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating functionalized nanostructures made of single (or promising) molecules on Si(111)-7×7 surfaces.;SOLUTION: Functionalized single (or promising) molecules arrays on Si(111)-7×7 surfaces can be fabricated via the following steps.
