The device has a metallic structure (2) stacked on fingers of a fork (13) of a lifting machine (12). A bucket (1) is articulated on the fork and receives content from a concrete mixer after mixing to distribute the content on a site. An articulated plate mechanism e.g. plate and arm assembly (24), is placed at the front of the bucket when the bucket is placed in horizontal position for rubbing the ground or displacing/remodeling the aggregates (14) or scattered debris. The bucket respective has compartments (1a, 1b) e.g. detachable bag, for the aggregates and binding agent e.g. cement.
