The device has an element independent of a necktie that presents a conical or truncated cylinder shape at ends after shaping, where the ends permits to house and to separate the necktie into two parts. A flexible body (1) has self-gripping bands (3, 4) forming a base of the device, after folding, to create an orifice. The body has a tab arranging a male self-gripping band (2) that seals a structure into a single body creating two orifices after the band (2) is folded on female bands (3, 4).
